  • (General Info) Where are these machines made?
    They are manufactured and assembled in South Korea.
  • (General Info) What sets you apart from other water dispensers?
    Our dispensers are POWER-SAVING and consume less electricity than your typical water dispensers because they have an eco-mode feature that turns off the machine when not in use. All our machines are equipped with the germicidal, state-of-the-art Ultra Violet LED light that sterilizes the water, giving you safe, clean, and pathogen-free drinking water.
  • (General Info) Is it Bottle-Free?
    Yes, it is bottle-free - no more heavy bottle-loading inconvenience! Our water dispensers are directly connected to your tap water line and filter your water from there. No more bottled water from outside sources, giving you confidence that you only drink safe, clean, "POINT-OF-USE" drinking water. The POINT-OF-USE system is treating drinking water at the point-of-use as described by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the UNICEF. Contamination due to prolonged storage will be avoided.
  • (General Info) Is it safe for infants and pregnant women?
    Our machines produce safe drinking water because of the thorough filtration process using different filtration media, and the germicidal Ultra Violet LED light that serves as a sterilizer.
  • (General Info) Is it only for household application?
    Our dispenser models cater to different markets. The Prestige Series, Premium Series, Luxe Series, and Ecolite Series cater to households. The Ultra Series caters to big families, restaurants, offices, hotels, and other industrial or commercial establishments.
  • (General Info) What is the UV (Ultra-violet) feature?
    Our Hot & Cold models are equipped with the germicidal, state-of-the-art Ultra Violet Light-Emitting Diode (LED) light. It further eliminates bacteria and viruses that have not been filtered out during the filtration process. The UV LED light serves as a sterilizer to get rid of disease-causing pathogens.
  • (General Info) Do we really need a pre-filter?
    A pre-filter is a set of 3-stage filters separate from the main unit. It is recommended when the water source is deep well and the water has not been pre-treated. ​ For feed water sourced from the local water district, or Manila Water or Maynilad, there is no need for a pre-filter.
  • (General Info) Is the UV LED light in the machine safe?
    Our germicidal UV LED light efficiently kills pathogens without harm to exposed human tissue. Besides, the location of the UV LED light is inside the machine coming in contact only with the filtered water for sterilization purposes.
  • (General Info) Is there an after-taste of the product water?
    Absolutely none. The rust and chlorine taste or any peculiar taste of the feed water are filtered out in the pre-carbon stage, and the water taste is further polished by the post-carbon filter.
  • (General Info) Which model is best for me?
    While it is undeniable that we offer the most advanced in water filtration in terms of technology and design, we also offer the widest range of models that cater to each individual need and sense of personal preference.   • (Installation) Can I have my home/office checked for installation layout before purchasing?
    Yes. We can do an ocular and even bring the desired unit upon request for better visualization of the overall look of your kitchen or pantry. This is however subject to distance restrictions.
  • (Installation) Who will install the machine?
    Our machines are DIY (Do-It-Yourself), and easy to install. All components and adaptors for tapping to the water line are inside the package. Should you wish to install it yourself, our technical team can walk you through and guide you step by step via a video call. ​ For Metro Manila and nearby provinces, our competent technical team can deliver and install the machine for a minimal charge. ​ The duration of the installation process depends on the location where the machine is to be placed, the layout of the water line, and the distance of the machine from the water source. Less complicated installation can last only for 1 hour, or up to 6 hours for complicated ones. ​ Please take into consideration that the machine must be installed near an electric outlet.
  • (Installation) Does the unit have to be placed near the sink?
    Not necessarily. You can place the machine wherever you want it to be placed for your convenience, and for aesthetics purposes. However, it has to be near the water line for at most 10 meters away. Please take into consideration that the connecting white hose must be concealed for aesthetic purposes. ​ For countertop or near-the-sink installation, drilling an 8mm hole passing through the side of the counter could be an option to connect to the angle valve under the sink. Please take note that there should always be constant supply of water to the machine for continuous dispensing. Shutting off the gate valve is only done during maintenance, repair, or emergency due to leakage.
  • (Installation) How soon can you deliver and install?
    For Metro Manila and nearby provinces, our technical team can deliver and install within 72 hours. ​ For distant provinces, the delivery of your machine will depend on the schedule of a third-party cargo forwarder. Our Customer Care & After-Sales Support Department tracks and monitors your machine until you receive it.
  • (Filter Replacement) How do I know when to change filters?
    There are models that prompt when it is time to replace the filters, specifically the models PRESTIGE 3000 and ULTRA H04. For all other models, filter replacement is done every 6 months for particular filters, and every 12 months for other filters. Please click HERE for your guide for the periodic filter replacement. Please take note however that it is only a general guide because your filter lifespan would vary depending on various factors such as quality of water, consumption of filtered water, and water pressure. ​ As a safety precaution, please ensure that the machine is unplugged from the electrical outlet, and the water gate valve is shut off when changing filters.
  • (Filter Replacement) Where can I buy the filters?
    In buying things like our water dispensers where periodic maintenance and filter replacement is required, you should take into consideration the sustainability of the supply of consumables. You can be assured that we are in it for the long haul with our customers. Consumables and parts are available in our Customer Care & After-Sales Department in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City. You may contact us HERE. ​ You may also directly buy the filters from Shopee and Lazada. We are also the merchant on those e-commerce platforms.
  • (Payment Terms) What are the available Payment Terms?
    We accept cash, checks (cleared before delivery), online bank transfers (transferred before delivery), or credit cards with straight and installment options. ​ For credit card transactions within Metro Manila and nearby provinces, we can bring the credit card terminal upon delivery and you swipe your card on-site. ​ We offer you an easy installment term for 1 year without interest through our partner-banks-issued credit cards (BDO, Metrobank, RCBC).

    Yes. Our machines were made giving safety precautions the highest priority. Power-saving was also considered by incorporating the Eco Mode feature.
  • (Nationwide Delivery) Can you deliver nationwide?
    Yes. We can deliver your machine outside Metro Manila and nearby provinces via third-party cargo forwarders, subject to their service routes. Delivery fee varies depending on the destination and the product size, and is shouldered by the customer as our price is FOB (Freight On Board).
  • (Warranty) What is the coverage and how long is the warranty?
    Warranty is 1 year for parts and labor except consumables (filters).
  • (General Info) What is eWater?
    It produces safe drinking water. The water coming from this machine is only at the temperature of the feed water. eWater machine has no hot & cold water feature.

  • (Filter Replacement) When and how do I change the filters?
    The eWater machine has 2-filter cartridges numbered 1 and 2. These 2 filters have a total of 10 filtration media that give you the taste of purest water. Each filter cartridge has replacement indicator in the front panel door of the machine. The indicator prompts when it is time to change the filter. For Filter 1, the indicator prompts after 2,000-liter dispense. For Filter 2, the indicator prompts after 4,000-liter dispense. ​ The eWater machine features a configuration that makes filter replacement easy. Just open the front panel door of the eWater machine and the filter can be replaced in no time. As a safety precaution, please ensure that the machine is unplugged from the electrical outlet, and the water gate valve is shut off when changing filters.

  • (Technical Support / Maintenance) Does it need to be plugged continuously to an electrical outlet?
    While other competitor machine of the same category still uses the conventional transformer type of power supply that overheats and should only be plugged in when in use, our eWater machine is equipped with the modern Switch-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) which prevents overheating and can be safely left plugged all the time. However, unplugging the unit when not in use is also an option. Your purchase of the eWater machine comes with a set of pre-filter and Ultra Violet lamp as a separate unit. This set serves to extend the lifespan of the 2 internal filters of the eWater machine. The Ultra Violet lamp serves as a germicidal that kills disease-causing pathogens. THIS UV LAMP SET MUST ONLY BE PLUGGED IN WHEN DISPENSING WATER.
  • (Nationwide Delivery) Can you deliver nationwide?
    Yes. We can deliver your machine outside Metro Manila and nearby provinces via third-party cargo forwarders, subject to their service routes. Delivery fee varies depending on the destination and the product size, and is shouldered by the customer as our price is FOB (Freight On Board).

  • (General Info) Is it Bottle-Free?
    Our water dispensers are directly connected to your tap water line and filters your water from there.
  • (General Info) Is it only for households?
    Our ECOLite 3200e is recommended to be placed in your households or a place where you mostly spend most of your time hydrating yourself.
  • (General Info) Does it provide hot and cold water?
    Our ECOLite 3200e machine can only provide room-temperature water.
  • (General Info) Does it have a filter replacement indicator?
    Our ECOLite dispensers do not have filter change indicators. But our Customer Care & After Sales Support Department will remind you if your filters are up for replacement.
  • (Installation) Can I have my home/ office checked before purchasing?
    Yes, we can do an ocular and bring the unit as well for better visualization of the overall look of your kitchen and for special requests.
  • (Installation) Can it be “DIY” installation or do I have to avail of your installation service?
    For areas in Central Luzon we can offer our installation services for seamless installation. ​ For far provincial areas, you can hire a technician or plumber or it can be done by yourself with the help of our customer care representative for easy installation.
  • (Installation) Does the unit have to be placed near the sink?
    Preferably near the water source however it can also be installed up to 10 meters away from the water source.
  • (Installation) Is drilling a hole on my sink required?
    For a seamless installation, better to have it drilled a 10mm hole which will not break your kitchen tops.
  • (Filter Replacement) Every when we should change the filters?
    Filter 1 Premium Block Carbon: Every 2000L dispensing. Filter 2 Functional Composite Filter: Every 4000L dispensing.
  • (Payment Terms) What are the available payment terms?
    We accept cash, checks, online bank transfer, credit card with straight and installment option.
  • (Technical Support / Maintenance) Do we need to provide or buy additional tools or accessories?
    All accessories are part of the package.
  • (Technical Support / Maintenance) Are parts replaceable?
    Yes, all parts are available and replaceable by our After-Sales Support service.
  • (Technical Support / Maintenance) Worst case scenario, what if the company gets dissolve?
